The LCPS has published a booklet, by Tony A'tallah, on "Electoral Fraud and Ways to Counter it". The booklet contains chapters on electoral fraud before the elections, methods of fraud during the voting process, techniques of forgery during the sorting, counting, and announcing of votes, as well as a chapter on ways to counter electoral fraud which provides suggestions and recommendations for fair and fraud-free elections in Lebanon.
