Bilal El-Amine is the Senior English Editor at the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies (LCPS). He holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Georgetown University's Center for Contemporary Arab Studies. He worked as an editor and translator in the Al Akhbar English website, as well as editing and proofreading UN and Lebanese government reports and surveys.
